Return and Refund FAQ
Can I return a damaged item?
Our team works hard to provide you defect free products but there are instances when you may receive a defective product which is not repairable at your end then we accept return of these products and replace the same or refund the amount once we receive the defective product back. If you receive any defective product then please email us on email@example.com.
Defect a lot of times is caused in transit during shipping.
Stones popping out during transit is not considered as defect since these can be easily stuck back at your end, we will guide you for the same, get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return the products I dislike?
We do accept returns for products which you do not like after purchase within 7 days. Initiate our refund within 24 hours of receipt of the product/ Read the Return and Exchange Policy carefully before placing order.
What payment methods are accepted nationally in India?
We accept credit card, Debit card or Bank transfer.
What is the shipping method in USA?
We ship in INDIA through DTDC courier and is charged @ Rs. 120/500 gms & Rs. 150/kg.After package is shipped, tracking details will be provided after shipping within 24 hours via email.
What happens if the shipping is lost during transit?
Mostly the packages get delivered successfully. We use branded cargo companies like DTDC, DHL etc., but still if there is any loss of package during transit, then things are beyond our control and we would try our best to get your package traced, if not possible we would refund the amount.
Do you have COD ?
We have COD in Delhi region with a charge of Rs 50/- .
