Artyska requests that the product be unused and the product tag and the packing is intact when the customer is returning the item for both returns and exchanges.
In case you have ordered the wrong size we can offer you exchange /alter for one time without charges. However, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Artyska reserves the right to inspect the returned item for any damages introduced by the customer in which case the refund request may not be honored.
Products that have been tampered with or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products custom made for the customer does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
We are happy to exchange an item for an identically priced one. Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of original delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping the return within 48 hours of delivery and bearing the return shipping charges of an item being exchanged. Artyska may not be able to honor exchange requests if the timelines mentioned have crossed.
We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with the photo or description and is informed to us through email or phone within 24 hrs of delivery. You have to courier us back the item within 7 days, as we do not have a pickup service. In case of returns, we will refund the shipping cost and the product cost.
